Good Day peeps! Omg.. I'm blogging on a Saturday morning!

You will rarely see me wake up so early on weekends. Unless I've got lessons. And yeah, intensive catch up class for the whole of this weekend = weekend burnt! Boooo.. But looking at the positive side, it's good coz I can revise at the same time. Coz I always tell myself tht I'm gonna study this weekend but end up it didn't turned out to be wad I wanted. Mad disappointed with myself lor. I'm getting lazier! :( I mustn't be complacent tht I've cleared all modules last semester. Coz it's gonna get harder n harder.. And it's seriously damn tough especially to study and work at the same time. So I need to put in double of the effort of last semester.. Sigh~ motivation?! Nah..

Anyway, gonna burn some fats ltr! :D Hopfully this will be my weekly routine for ashtanga yoga.. Burn fats, increase fitness level, relax mind, increase flexibility.. Wad's more? idk la.. Just goggle the benefits of it. Since I can't cut down on the amount of food and eat healthy coz I'm always craving for smth.. Then, yoga is the alternative way to burn my fats off my body! Hehe.. Sliming down in a healthy way.. Y not? Rather than dieting coz I know I can't! Coz I just can't resist the temptation of good food! Haha.. Or gg for some slimming centre? It'll only throw ur money into waste coz ur fats will eventually come back again? I never believe in tht.. Money sucker to con women money only.. Dun u ever get cheated!

Happy Lunar New Year lovelies ;)

Although this yr Chinese new yr is boring as usual.. It's somewhat a little different frm the previous yrs. Coz I no longer need to mug for exams when everyone is going to bai nian.. Hehehe.. And the most exciting part of all was celebrating cny in Malaysia in Day 3! Tht is where I can feel the CNY mood going on as everyone is enjoying launching fireworks and firecrackers.. Spending quality time with ur families & love ones while enjoying the nite sky filled with fireworks everywhere is what we couldn't see in Singapore.. tht's sad. :( no wonder it's getting boring as yrs goes by.. I'm so gonna go back there next yr to play with more fireworks! ;) Of all, the most I enjoyed is my holiday.. Hehe.. No need to work! but can't really rest at home too.. And the only best part is reunion dinner @ home (coz mum's steamboat is the BEST!) and the angbaos, of coz! But for those who aren't married lah.. :D hmm.. I would rather spend my holiday fruitfully gg overseas. *grins* I needa getaway frm this small little stressful town!

Yeah, as tweeted.. I had an eventful day out with my gf today! :) I'm a happy girl now. Hehe..

Dyed & had my hair treatment for the very 1st time tdy.. Tht makes my hair looks alot better after I've curled my hair like 3 weeks ago. Off u go dry and brittle hair! Now I finally understand the beneficial of hair treatment coz all along I thought tht it is just a waste of money. A total of $170 damage done to my hair. To make myself feel better.. "sometimes u need to pamper urself to doll up a little". Yeah, u should coz tht's wad every women needs to do. Okay, my hair is all already for CNY now.

Next up, shopping for CNY clothes. I think I'm too used to buying clothes online which is like only 20 over bucks, less than 30. So now whenever i'm shopping for clothes, anything more than 30 bucks is too expensive for me. Shop for the whole evening till my leg is so 'sour' now and I bought a dress and top for a total of $46! More than enough alrdy coz I kept buying alot frm online.. Okay, I shall stop shopping for clothes now.. Some of the new pieces is still hanging in my wardrobe waiting for mi to pick them up. Heez

Hmm.. As for shoes, I've only got a heels which I only wore once and a new flats, both from vincci which I got it in JB. Unless I see smth which I really like.. If not I dun think I'm gonna spend money on shoes lor.. It's so hard for me to get a pair of shoes coz I've got a stupid fat feet.

Left with DIY-ing my nails when I'm free but I doubt so coz I need to finish up with my HW by next thur. I must be good tml coz I know I'll be too tired on the weekdays after work for sch stuff. Oh yea, and not forgetting to get my brows trimmed, for free! Heez.. Afterwhich I'll be ready to start the rabbit year! Thou not really looking forward to it.. but it's more like a yearly routine? The older I get, the more I dread gg to bai nian.. awww man!

Coming week is gonna be a busy busy week. Need more good rest before I start off with the week if not I'm gonna be feeling so exhausted for the rest of the days just like what's happening to me this week. Lessons is going to be on Mon, Thur and Saturday! Plus, work is gonna pile up coz it's month-end soon! Time really files.. 4th month of my working-hood!

I turned my gloomy Saturday into a lovely Saturday! :D

Started off my day by waking up at around 10plus after nua-ing in bed for about 15 mins. Wash up, get changed and den off to work! Still have enough time for mi to pack some food back to office for my lunch when I reach Orchard.. just in time for mi to catch the shutter up to Dempsey at abt 1pm. Had my pathetic lunch before I start off with my work. Feeling a little sucky to go back to office on a weekend. But on the other hand, it feels more relaxed coz no1 is there to disturb you in the middle of ur work coz the whole office is yours! Hehe.. I tuned in to 987 for some music at least to brighten up my day coz the office was too quiet! after about an hour or so, some of my colleagues came in too. They seems like the regular hardworking weekend employees.. Sometimes they ever stayed till midnight 3am! Gosh.. Maybe tht's the life of an accountant not much difference as compared to an auditor.

By the time I'm done with all the urgent stuff, it's alrdy 6plus. Bf came to pick mi up and den we head to TOGI for dinner! Hehe.. finally get to have it after craving it for so many days! Slurp~ upon reaching Chinatown, I then realized tht CNY is ard the corner, with all the deco nicely up. This yr is my yr.. the year if rabbit! :) the road is block due to some event going on and we have to park so far away and we've to squeeze our way thru the crowd to get there. Just nice with our empty stomach, we ordered a pot of boiling spicy seafood steamboat! Hehe..

The best Korean food ever in town and I love it ttm! a must try!


a must have! It's too spicy for bf but I kept complaining tht it wasn't spicy at all.. it's just a little peppery than spicy.

Another must have is their ricecake.. Didn't order tht coz the portion is too big for us. :( Went there the other time with half of my WOT for my 1st time and I love it since then...

Just at tht time when we are about to finish our dinner.. There's firecracker and fireworks just right outside the shophouses. Every1 dash out to have a look. Hehe.. I too, grab my bag and run out to catch a glimpse of it.. But I still didn't get to see d firecracker! I've never seen it in my entire life lor. Only get to catch the fireworks! But tht was enough to brighten up my Saturday. Thinking back at tht moment where every1 dash out of the restaurant makes mi wanna laugh about it.. Hohoho!

Oh yeah, luckily we've paid for the bill.. Or it must be tht the boss hv ardy knew about this tht's y we have to settle the bill before the fireworks.. Hehehe..

Thank God it's Friday today! :)

But bad new is tht I might hv to OT ltr tonite.. Coz it's yr end closing and it'll be super super busy. But then again, no more lesson on Fri for this sem! Yuppie~

2nd week of the start of the semester and now I'm feeling drained drained drain-ed! Need to replenish my energy level.

Anyway, rejoice! coz weekend is nearing.. So I can slack and nua at Hm ;)

PS: craving badly for Korean fooddie!! TOGI, anyone? 


Update @ 11pm: Can't spend my weekend nua-ing at Hm alrdy coz I gotta go back to work tml! FML? Tot I'm free after I've done w all the Dec stuff but director gg overseas for 1 mth? so I need to clear all the pymt for his approval b4 he leave on Tuesday! And tht's like 1 day for mi to complete and it's impossible la.. Tht's y I need to go back tml! Hump~ Suay or wad?!

2010: Looking Back

Year 2010 has been a great, fruitful and hectic year for me.. It's good sometimes to look back to see wad u have achieved and what u've not. Anyway, I still can't believe tht another yr just flew by in a blink.

Last sem in Poly
Struggling hard for my last sem in poly at the start of the 1st 4mths of the yr. Life was as thou equal to 'in hell' at tht period of time. Assignments and lots of assignment trying to meet all the tight deadline, it was the most hectic & tough semester ever. But all these efforts pays off with good results. Althou I couldn't get into the Uni which I wanted.. I'm glad enough tht my results enable mi to attain a scholarship to further my studies in Kaplan with no financial worries. :)

Graduation
Finally it's time to bid goodbye after 3 yrs.. Mixed feelings, idk if I sld be sad or happy. Sad tht I could no longer study and hang out tgt w my WOT everyday. On the other hand, I'm of coz happy tht it has finally come to an end and it's time to move on to the next chapter of my life. Having learn a lot these yrs.. be it knowledge or life-skills.. I would never forget all d wonderful lectures who hv taught mi. But I could no longer enjoy this kind of privileges, it's time for me to move on to the next level & to be independent. Kinda miss those days staying back after sch for projects meeting and lunching with my clique of frens with lots of crappy jokes and gossip!. :D

A long break
The best part of the year, or rather life? Hehe... A well deserved holiday to enjoy myself after I've graduated n before I officially start a full time job. A super long holiday for 2 mths in States! Okay, the longest ever.. teehee.. Lots of fun, stressfree life, shopping madness n many many more. Literally, just eat, sleep, play and shop. haha. And of coz, I came back w a super big whole in my pocket. :z

Getting a Degree
Made a decision to be a full time worker and a part time student. I've spent the rest 6mths of 2010 gg to work and school, a super no-lifer. And this is gg to continue for the next 2 1/2 yrs of my life? Hopefully.. crossfinger! :x

My 1st Job
No complains, means so far so good. Hehe.. I could say the best working environment so far out of all the other places I've been to. :) work hard & enjoy my job! :D

A short post to sum up my year 2010. Year 2011 will be a better one..

Stress Level: Maximum! (Dangerous)

Juggling in between work and studies is seriously not an easy stuff for me. Even during my poly days, I've never work when I'm a student unless during my vacation.. coz I feel like I must fulfill my duty as a student to study hard. But everything is so different now.. as we grow older, the higher the responsibility we had. I can't blame anyone else coz this is the route I chose. I feel the double-stress now being a full-time worker and a part-time student, in other words, totally a no-lifer. I can't wait for exams to end man.. exactly 21 more days to my 1st paper. I'm super nervous coz I dunno how issit going to be like.. sitting in such a big exam hall with few hundreds or maybe thousands of ppl? I can't imagine myself sitting inside an expo hall to take an exam, pfft..

Thanks to the company I'm working in, esp my boss for allowing mi to take so many leave! But it's unpaidddd.. coz I'm still under probation. :( Guess what? dun be shock... I took like 16 days of unpaid leave!!! yeahhh, tht I'll be able to study at home.. and Booo, tht it's unpaid leave.. meaning tht this month pay is half of what I'm suppose to get! But it's okay, money can still be earned back, study is much more important. But idk how I'm gonna cope with my revision coz there's still hell lot more to study. Sigh~ I'm very reluctant & not in the mood to study tonite bcoz tml is a PH and I feel like I deserved a good rest after work today. Coz tml a PH, I'll be at home mugging for exams the whole day.. see how pathetic my life is? Mayb I should just open up my book and at least read smth ltr.. or maybe I should rest early tonite and wake up early tml for revision. yaya, as if I'll!

Ever since I step out of the workforce, I feel like I'm getting older and older, ohh goodness!

Can't wait till exam ends and I'm gonna...

pamper myself with some good massage?

probably a short getaway to relax myself? but I'm broke :(

of all, ENJOY LIFE before the next exam, geez!
