Good Day peeps! Omg.. I'm blogging on a Saturday morning!
You will rarely see me wake up so early on weekends. Unless I've got lessons. And yeah, intensive catch up class for the whole of this weekend = weekend burnt! Boooo.. But looking at the positive side, it's good coz I can revise at the same time. Coz I always tell myself tht I'm gonna study this weekend but end up it didn't turned out to be wad I wanted. Mad disappointed with myself lor. I'm getting lazier! :( I mustn't be complacent tht I've cleared all modules last semester. Coz it's gonna get harder n harder.. And it's seriously damn tough especially to study and work at the same time. So I need to put in double of the effort of last semester.. Sigh~ motivation?! Nah..
Anyway, gonna burn some fats ltr! :D Hopfully this will be my weekly routine for ashtanga yoga.. Burn fats, increase fitness level, relax mind, increase flexibility.. Wad's more? idk la.. Just goggle the benefits of it. Since I can't cut down on the amount of food and eat healthy coz I'm always craving for smth.. Then, yoga is the alternative way to burn my fats off my body! Hehe.. Sliming down in a healthy way.. Y not? Rather than dieting coz I know I can't! Coz I just can't resist the temptation of good food! Haha.. Or gg for some slimming centre? It'll only throw ur money into waste coz ur fats will eventually come back again? I never believe in tht.. Money sucker to con women money only.. Dun u ever get cheated!
