The eventful month of MAY!

Happy Vesak Day to all my faithful readers :)

I'm as busy as a bee for the past few weeks. Have got so much to update but time doesn't permit. Let me just do a brief sum up what I've did in May alrites! hehe.. since I've got the time now, if not I guess I won't have the time to update any sooner. :(


Ytd was my BIG day! Yeah, Finally, after 3 years of hard work.. I've officially graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic School of Business & Accountancy which I've got myself a Diploma in Accountancy. All these efforts and late nites are worthwhile. Looking back, I kinda miss school life. Staying up in the sch library for projects till the library close, the fun and laughter we used to had together, lunchtime in the old canteen 1 and makan place, library red tea w/o pearl, Canteen 1 lo mai kai, sushi, takoyaki, Makan place ban mian.. moving from place to place for tutorials and lectures, photocopying of notes, lots and lots of gossips & mugging for exams. All these memories are not forgotten and are still afresh in my mind, a place where all the fond memories are found and will be kept in my heart. Time to get ready for my next phrase in life - ACCA. :)

WOT, we've been thru ups and downs and now tht we've come this far. Thanks for the wonderful journey tht we've been through together for these 3 years. Glad to have such a great clique of frens to graduate with me together on this very special day. Thou we've move on to go on our separate ways, our friendship will never be forgotten.

Farewell to SMC..


A great place to work in with all the nice & friendly people. Although the accounts maybe quite messy at times.. but a true learning experience is when one faced with doubts and difficulties. I remembered once my audit partner told me tht. Three months of stay here is a fruitful one where I've pick up and learnt alot of new things. 3 months past in a blink and it was as thou ytd was my 1st day of work but just tht the accounts dept has doubled this time. tehee. Now tht I can finally have a good rest or at least I don't have to wake up early in the morning (even thou I'm always late for work :/)

Thanks for the blessing and farewell lunch.. u guys are so sweet!
will surely visit u guys when I'm back.

Happy Labour Day to all! :D


Why does it falls on weekend?! And there goes my PH, got eaten all up. Not only cheap labour, but also felt kena cheated. haha. Alrite, shall stop ranting! I'll be leaving soon anyway. 1 more month to go! Wee~ can't wait for my long awaiting, well-deserved holiday to arrive. aww, it's getting more and more excited. hehe. Bitter first, sweet later.. hope all these hard work pays off. I seriously need a long good rest before everything came coming back to mi again. Life is so stressful here in this small little red dot, where sooner or later.. majority of them who are here are not us. ahem, u get wad I mean rite? hehe

Losta farewell party after since I started working in this company. Meaning high turnover.. I need not explain further. hehe. There's 10 over NP student under 1 roof, great company to hang out with.

1. Farewell gathering with the peeps again on Friday. This time more ppl are leaving. siew geok, huiying and eugene. 3 of the old interns..

2. Thursday farewell dinner with the accounts dept. The 1st time I see everyone from the accounts dept left the office on the dot. coz we are going for some sumptuous feast! Boss treat, we only paid 20bucks for all the yummie foodie. hehe.

The food just come right after another and I was too busy eating coz I'm too famished. :/

4. One of the accounts staff farewell dinner @ house of steamboat on the 26th March, last Friday of the month right after the company birthday celebration. Chit-chat, gathering and home right after.

Good Day peeps!


As promised, I said I'll update soon. hehe. Week after week, day after day.. time really flies after I started working life. Everyday seems to been the same old routine for me. Tht's what u get if you wanna work in the office, isn't it? Anyway, I just went to the optician to get a new specs for myself as i tot tht my degree has increase. But tht's not the case, got some eye infection somehow. Probably due to my contacts or rubbing of my eye. Need to kick the bad habit of rubbing my eyes! Was advised not to wear contacts for 2 weeks! :( Need to put on my ugly specs for now. arhgx~ But still my left eye vision is totally blur even with my specs on.

Optrex eye bath lotion for 2 times a day as recommended.
Hope this would help my vision to get back to normal..

PS: I'm scare :(

Weehee~ Finally it works after trying it for weeks! tht's y I've neglected my blog for the past few weeks, my bad. Hopefully this will create some liveliness. hehe.. Lazy Sunday afternoon. Dun feel like going anywhere but to stay at home and slack! I miss slacking my day away. :( But I can only do it like on weekends? BOoo~


19 Mar - Friday

Result is out on Friday. Contented with my result. Only 'contented' coz I got a C+ for my Audit 2 as expected. :( Yet again, I got an C in my result slip which cause my GPA to drop but luckily it didn't drop to less than 3.7. And here's my result for my final sem..

Advanced Financial Accounting: A+
Audit 2: C+
Business Communication 3: B+
Corporate Communication: AD
Tax 2: A+
WISP: A

Hope tht NTU will call but another part of mi hope tht they won't call. If I didn't get any call from them, den I dun have to stress if I sld study in Uni. Should I continue to study full-time or should I just concentrate in my career? plus, I need money badly, I'm not young anymore. Or maybe I shall let fate to decide. I'm.. lost lost LOST!


20 Mar - Saturday

Planned to go ECP to cycle with my peeps ytd initially but was canceled last minute. Luckily, coz it has been raining these few days. I thought tht I'll be able to wake up late. But no, I woke up at 7++ in the morning! Went to HDB hub, Vivo den to Bugis. Tired after shopping for the whole day.

Haha.. helping KOSE to advertise ah? Was trying out on their white mask which I've bought on Friday during their sales. buy 1 get 1 free! Yup, I spent $$ on facial product again! Here's my conversation with bf:

Me: Dear, I bought smth today, dun scold mi ah.
BF: What? spend $$ again huh.
Me: I bought this white mask, very nice 1. Later I help u to apply okay?
Bf: Okay. :D

idk y but when I was peeling off dear's mask, it was so easy to peel it off. But when it comes to peeling mine, it hurts man. It felt like as thou my skin is tearing, just like taking off a scotch tape from ur skin and it took me dunno how long to peel it off. Mayb it's bcoz my skin is too dry. My skin looks more radiant after tht. hehe. So funny la, after tht I was so interested in the peeled mask and was examining all the dirt in the mask under the light. Result was dear's mask is much more dirtier than mine! hohoho..
